Residential painting: $100-150/lead. Commercial/HOA: $250-500+/lead. Price depends on project type, location, and market demand. We'll give you exact pricing in your demo.
Are the leads really exclusive?
Yes. 100%. Each lead goes to one contractor only in your service area. No sharing with competitors, no bidding wars, no shared leads. That's our core promise.
How long before I get my first lead?
Usually 3-7 days after onboarding. We need to verify your business information and set up your service territory. Then leads start coming regularly.
Do I need a contract?
Nope. No contracts, no lock-in periods, no monthly fees, no hidden costs. You pay per lead. Cancel anytime.
Can you integrate with my CRM?
Absolutely. We integrate with most CRM platforms and can set up custom webhooks if needed. We handle integration setup during onboarding.

Leads are final once delivered, but if we violate our exclusivity guarantee (sold the same lead to a competitor), we'll immediately credit or refund that lead.

E Home Leads does NOT share homeowner contact information with unauthorized third parties. Leads are shared only with contracted service providers matched to the project. All contractor and homeowner data is kept confidential.

Our Service: E Home Leads matches your project with qualified local contractors. We are not responsible for contractor conduct, pricing, or work quality. Costs: Using E Home Leads is completely free. No Obligation: You are under no obligation to hire any contractor.

2. For Contractors

Lead Pricing: Residential: $100-150/lead. Commercial/HOA: $250-500+/lead. Exclusive Lead Guarantee: Each lead is delivered to one contractor only. Payment: You are billed when a lead is delivered. Accepted leads are non-refundable, except for exclusivity violations or fraudulent leads.

3. Licensing & Insurance

Contractors must maintain valid business licenses, liability insurance, and workers' compensation insurance where required.
